    What's included in the success fee?

    Our success fee is only charged on credits we successfully recover for you. No recovery, no fee. This includes all SLA credits, service credits, and contractual credits we claim on your behalf.

    How does billing work?

    Platform fees are billed annually. Success fees are billed monthly based on credits recovered in the previous month. All billing is transparent with detailed reporting.

    Can I switch plans?

    Yes! You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades are processed at your next renewal period. Our flexible growth policy ensures you're never penalized for growing faster than expected.

    What happens after the promotional period?

    After 12 months, standard platform fees apply. However, most customers find that the credits we recover more than offset the platform fee, making Bofxe revenue-positive from day one.
